Mars Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Getting the job! It's a different process compared to other companies

Very relaxed and laid back. Comfortable.

Very informative and totally clear about the expectations and values of the company. The culture was well described and performance expectations were also very clear. This is a company that only wants the very best talent - high performing associates. This is not a place for slackers.

The interviewers' off script questions.

It was very relaxed; I felt like I could be myself without having to worry about not getting the job because of it.

good process for the job

People were friendly and professional.

Impressive interview with N+1,2 and 3

Review from Operations Dept

I recall the open office concept and interviewing with three levels of leadership

The two that interviewed me were fun and easy to laugh with

I got to see those who would report to me.

Review from Operations Dept

the interviewer was very personal

Review from Product Dept

I don't remember what I liked. I do remember my hospital manager making verbal promised that were never backed up

Review from Product Dept

I liked the flexibility and professionalism

informal, discussion based, easy to tie experiences to competencies they are looking for

I liked that I was able to have a one on one conversation with someone who was gracious and generous.

They were honest about how sad/emotionally exhausting the job can be.

It was a long time ago. They were willing to negaotiate with me.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Ask people about their work ethics and what it means to them. Ask what they enjoy doing on their off time and not hold it against them if they have a second job. .

Ask more intense questions. Try to find out what their work ethic is like
