The company is private so therefore no stock/equity is granted to employees but the company makes up for it through generous cash based programs and benefits.
They match 401k and their medical benefit options are top tier.
Good pay, standard benefits. Inconsistently applied benefits program.

I was relieved of my work without any concrete reasons and I was blocked from seeing any manager nor the administration to query their decision
Because I am still waiting to be hired on
i would love to keep my job and see consequences for the girl who has been targeting me. i didnt call the cops bc i wrongly trusted my superiors would take care of the situation. instead it's gotten worse due to their negligence

When you have a team of five people and only two show up for work then those two people have to do the work of five to keep up with production while working safely and not even being recognized for doing a good job.
Salary is not competitive nowadays
Whilst we generally work on separate things we are supportive of one another's achievements
My coworkers are lovely people, we all just hate working in a Banfield.
Cooperation and they pitch in always
My team is highly collaborative and we've got each other's backs. This is a company that cares about people and my team embraces our operating principles.

faster decision making, better communications, bringing people along, one word: better change management
Not as much pressure to work as many hours.
Getting the job! It's a different process compared to other companies
Very relaxed and laid back. Comfortable.
Very informative and totally clear about the expectations and values of the company. The culture was well described and performance expectations were also very clear. This is a company that only wants the very best talent - high performing associates. This is not a place for slackers.
The interviewers' off script questions.
It was very relaxed; I felt like I could be myself without having to worry about not getting the job because of it.
Ask people about their work ethics and what it means to them. Ask what they enjoy doing on their off time and not hold it against them if they have a second job. .
Ask more intense questions. Try to find out what their work ethic is like
