Whilst we generally work on separate things we are supportive of one another's achievements

My coworkers are lovely people, we all just hate working in a Banfield.

Very centralized on the mission and purpose.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Part of Mars performance management is just shuffling bad employees around the organization.

I was relieved of my work without any concrete reasons and I was blocked from seeing any manager nor the administration to query their decision

not talking about each other behind their backs. they say horrible cruel things and wonder why this industry had such a high suicide rate

the coworker needs to get therapy as she is mentally unstable and is being extremely agressive towsrds me for no reason

If teamwork was mandated and coworker were adhere to guidelines set it would be better.

The newcomers seems to think that they know everything, they didn't seem to be invested enough to learn the rope. Most of them are clock watchers.
