What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pay more. Better commission for sales. Better hours. Holidays off. More respect. A lunch break would be nice. Ohh and new management!!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Therapists at Massage Envy should, ideally, perform light to deep pressure; however, at the clinic where I was employed, this was not considered to be of importance upon hiring new therapists. As a result, our clinic was ill-equipped to meet the needs of our client base.
