I have loved being at Matillion - i have purpose, autonomy and mastery and genuinly love my job and the people i interact with. Its hard sometimes - we do long hours of occasion to get things done - but i love knowing what my team does is materially important to our company goals

That what i do day to day is clearly relatable and contributes to the company goals

Everybody is swimming the same way and we are all supportive of each other. We can still challenge and it is done constructively
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The values are not lip service - i feel we live them and that is so important. Everybody is encouraged to hold Matt and the Exec to account and it feels genuine.
