Great people, great values, great leadership, clear goals. That isn't to say there aren't issues or challenges - but the team and executives are actively addressing those and making the necessary/appropriate changes. Very happy with where I am. I believe we'll do great things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the executive team is making the right corrections/changes to ensure that the sales employees have a fair chance to make close to OTE in H2 - however, the goals and directives in H1 were unattainable and absent.
