Good to begin with but can see cracks appearing in our processes and way we treat people as we are scaling too fast and not considering the impact things have on people. We need to slow down and do thins properly rather than fixing things as we go.

Company scaling too fast, not doing things in a considered way. Doing things to tick a box but at the detriment of the employee experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Other people in the same role as me, performing at the same level but paid more. See other employees getting promotions, bonuses etc and yet no budget for our team to get the appropriate compensation for the work we do
