On top of the important things that most companies ensure to provide there is also the smaller things like access to services like headspace and udemy for personal growth

Being able to take the time we need to correctly implement features or fix bugs and being encouraged to do things the right way not just the fast way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus is not entirely on creating value to customers at the cost of all else, there is also the focus on doing right by us and ensuring we are all growing as professionals and people.
