Positives; remote working, well paid against other similar roles, collaboration in team and great manager. Issues; what role actually covers vs pay, current work/life balance good but often there are periods of working considerably over hours for weeks/months leadership act like it's acceptable.

I enjoy the values and the investment in it's people I see.

They seem very approachable, down to earth and genuinely passionate about making this a great company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Super supportive, team worth ethic. Not entirely perfect but then nowhere is as there will always be the human variable to contend with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel given the level of responsibility in my role, this is not fairly reflected in my pay - whilst I would say the role is paid well for the role it is, in comparison to other roles I am aware of, I am paid less for more responsibility and accountability
