They have made sick time and vacation, all into one. PTO. As far as I know, Most companies, you accrue sick days and vacation days. Maximus, it's just PTO. I don't like it

We help each other. We still clarify/verify with a mentor or supe. But we help each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making $18 to $20 per hour would be a good start. Having insurance like the city's insurance would be great.
