Intelligent and driven individuals who do things to get things done ! and do it well

Compensations are all over the place. Difference sometimes for the same position and experience is >$100K
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Better people with technical background to be leading the projects. Currently heavily biased towards people managers who dont have enough subject matter expertise
