Overall, McKesson does a very good job at accommodating for people's limitations and work very well at a site level. Although, something that McKesson can improve on is letting the Distribution Centers have a structure/outline for their employees to advance their careers.

That there is room to grow and advance your career if you're willing to grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That everyone spreads themselves thin for the Vision or the Goal. Every location varies, but at least one consistent moral is that McKesson is trying to be inclusive to everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vitality is a great way to save on your health insurance. I have not met another company that encourages its employees to exercise to save more on their health benefits/insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive are the people, some people (employees, not management) really do care and look out for each other. The environment is a different story. We have inconsistent information due to a lack of experience from corporate enforcing rules that don't make sense operationally at a site level.
