Some of the people I work with aren’t the most efficient but my managers are good at keeping them in line.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation for injury is the only thing I’ve had to deal with and I feel I was and am being treated fairly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is super important in this company because if someone doesn’t motivate people and make resonable decisions then everything will fall apart.
