It is a great company, and I am really happy to work here. Some process improvements need to be made. My position paying more at other companies and I have been approached. Concerns that retention efforts have been focused on increase offers after resignations are tendered.

Increases are not comparable with inflation. Current Job market has a lot of $$ in it.
