Sometime I feel I get too many company goods like water bottles that I don't need. It's better if I have an option to donate money or get gift card instead of those goods. Also it would be better if the company can provide more flexible job skill training options.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be appreciated to raise salary at least 7?based on our inflation rate this year. Also, I obtained new certification for my skill and many people left from my team, I'm wearing multiple hats now.
