What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have strong initiatives to keep the momentum growing at MISUMI

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are considerate, always looking to help each other out, and they carry their weight.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I don't think changing the culture is an option. I have had multiple disappointments due to "JHQ does not allow it."

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

MISUMI underpays their most valuable assets: employees who are not at the Director level. Senior roles and managerial roles are highly underpaid compared to the position's market value.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

JHQ has an extremely tight hold on the company's progress. Whether it be data standardization and IT flexibility, it is difficult to convince leaders there that standards in the US are different. Systematic issues within the organization are hindering progress.
