What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Atmosphere seems to be ok.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Majority are fine in a general sense. I'm just here because I have a job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work is just different everyday. The same goes for how much work there is each day. Some are more busy and some are more chill.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make internships an actual learning experience. Have a better clear goal of what the internship will entail. Give workload that will help them grow according to their interests/goals/career path they want to be on.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have it be a better learning experience. If it's supposed to be a learning experience, have it be that instead of feeling that it's just a full-time job. That's how it should go for internships.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I just don't like the job here as I'm overwhelmed, stressed, too much to handle, not much fulfillment, not much growth and learning that helps my goals in my career as I feel I'm on a detour being in this type of position. The pay itself is fine for now I guess.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I personally for my goals, interests, aspirations, career path would rather be some where else. I am glad though for one part it did help with one of my goals. Overall hiring process in how they determine that needs to be better for each of the departments as it feels ours always gets affected.
