Fast paced training and hands on experience lead to the best development as a employee. The overall experience is great for me but I can see other people suffering because their department is not as well supported as mine. In contrast I believe mine is over supported and has too many employees.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The employees are challenged and constantly asked to push further with no incentive or merit increase. This company is a great buisness but a poor place to be a human especially in this everchanging economy. The nickel and diming on salaries for people that bring in hundreds of thousand is ill fated

Results oriented and well led on the business side.

Intelligent and talented individuals with a strong sense of unity.
What makes you most happy at work?
Staying busy with a clear objective and not many distractions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We achieve results but do not get value increase for those results
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Community spaces and communication between employees is great but it starts to lack between employees and management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Matching the current market, matching competitive offers, or more well defined and limited job responsibilities that cannot be operated outside of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do what we can to support eachother and meet our overzealous goals while all agreeing we should be more well compensated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do my sole responsibilities and not having to deal with problems outside of my job scope daily and my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is good at what they do, but I believe there are too many cooks in the kitchen with respect to management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we should match the market salary for similar positions in our region and as well have more promotions internally. The person who trained me should not have the same job title as me.
