It has been a great challenge working at MISUMI but i have also learned so much. I will never regret working for this company considering that i rate them as the best company i have worked for.

THe experience these past seven years has been great. There is always room for improvement but overall the company has done a great job not only on listening to the feedback of employees but doing something about those comments and executing it to give us a better workplace.

Seeing my co workers and making our company grow.

Everyone is kind and friendly. The Misumi culture is welcoming and positive.

The communication and readiness to help are some of the best attributes that our teams carry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think overall for the hard work and efforts put in, the compensation and bonus structure is just not there.

The salary is not where it should be. Better bonus structure. I dont agree that we are graded fairly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very diverse company with so many different cultures and perspectives that is hard to say we cant be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager Meredith Johnson is an amazing mentor and a great leader. He really takes the time to listen and execute on my feedback on what's best for my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diligence dedication that my team gives back to assigned duties are phenomenal. Not only are they above and beyond for our customers but also going above and beyond for our organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is knowledgeable, and caring. Those are two main factors that are very important when leading to be able to motivate employees and teach them the necessary to be successful in a organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that i am never bored. There is an adventure at MISUMI everyday. Helping customers that make a change in this world makes me happy to go in to work and do my job.
