It's not necessarily my co-workers, it's management and executive level that needs improvement. Processes. Training. Consistency. Systems are antiquated.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It starts at the top. It as used to be family owned. All the family were ousted. People were laid off. The culture is in shambles all for stockholders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Faith needs to be restored in leadership. Is the company secure? Do your employees matter anymore as we were cared for by the Molinas? Right now, saving and making money is the goal. Not our members. Not the workers, and that's sad.
