There are people wanting to improve Molina, that is the positive. The negative is that they expect things to happen over night and that isn't how things work. Sadly, things dont get done at all some of the times and no communication as to why not.
Working from home has been nice.

While Molina is pushing a diverse agenda and keeping the member mindset forward, the communication needs work, the leadership needs an overhaul, and the pay needs to be adjusted and increased.
My department and direct leadership are positive, not tye company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Show that they care about staff and membership and not just stoke egos of upper leadershil
Better supervision, appreciation, positivity, mental health days, more vacation days for those who have not been in the company less than 5 years.

It starts at the top. It as used to be family owned. All the family were ousted. People were laid off. The culture is in shambles all for stockholders.
