Molina Healthcare Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

many rounds layers timing relevant

Posted 21 days ago

It was relaxed and they allowed you to take your time to respond.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They negotiated pay and kept in contact

It was informal yet professional

Video interview process and the outstanding communication!!!

Very methodical and relevant. Easy instructions throughout the process

it was straight forward at the time and to the point

Very precise and panel knew exactly waht they are looking for in a candidate

There wasn't anything i specifically cared about the interview process.

It was virtual and casual.

Fast, easy and open to communication

I applied several times and it took several times to be interviewed. After interviewed, my hiring process was fast. After I was hired, I've heard mixed stories of good and bad, it depends on the team/department you are applying for.

It was nice interviewing with my VP and managet

I was able to speak with the current team and ask questions. The interview was not solely with leadership staff

Review from Customer Support Dept

Easy, comfortable, engaging, not too lengthy

Yes, but I am still waiting to join

The process was very relaxed

Review from Operations Dept

They answered every question and made sure every question was answered

Review from Operations Dept

respect, transparency, and all the people I talked too during the process except one

It doesn't matter as they weren't representing the position honestly.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

By giving a competency healthcare knowledge test prior to hiring candidate.

They gather in an office and laugh loudly for a minute straight. Then invite you in and try to persuade you into omitting the interview. Tell you it's super hard when it's not
