Great leadership team and collbrative

Real people! Listen and really care!

My manager is amazing. No issues there. The leadership above that on all levels in every department fall into 1 of 2 categories, they care, or they don't. It is visible who are the ones who care and who are the ones that don't.

It has been good since training

They constantly have your back.

My direct manager is amazing. We just got a new leadership team for the 3rd time in 3 years, so far they seem on the same page, but I am not holding my breath

They are open to new technology innovation

The team is very knowledgeable

Review from Customer Support Dept

My experience with the leadership team is that they are humble and down to earth

I am not sure I can make a positive accurate statement. We never have dealings with our supervisors manager or upper leadership other than emails. Our own supervisor I informs us to send her an email with queries we have which does not in emergencies for our members. She usually forgets to respond.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually listen to the staff, make Molina a work friendly place like it use to be. Stop viewing the members as numbers. Acknowledge that the work in certain depts is not feasible done in a 8hrs time frame & pay for the OT that has to be worked in order to meet the unreasonable turnaround allowed.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communication , training , stop telling staff business to others.

communication with the employees we never know about anything new pertaining to the members

Everything is horrible to me

Listening to employees and telling the truth, just for starters.

EVERYTHING its completly unacceptable working for and through molina

They need to improve on everything

Having compassion and integrity. Supporting employees during difficult times.

planning for future with staff

Listening to employees, understanding our membership, compensation, diversity

Giving equal opportunity access to minorities instead of placing office politics favorites in managerial positions who are not really qualified even though they have the school education. I offer that there be a hiring committee of equal participants and minorities for equal opportunity.

Valuing staff for their daily input

Review from Operations Dept

Less private talk. More work being done

Review from Operations Dept

Communication, team work, understanding and honesty

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Treat every employee as if they are valued.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communication, technology, and learning & development

Review from Operations Dept

developing junior employees, letting them know what is expected of them

The leads are horrible they never want to help or take escalated calls and they get no training so at times we get incorrect information
