Again, empowerment across the whole spectrum. I can directly impact every aspect of Nav from Revenue generating activates to Culture activities
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wouldn't say it is going wrong, there is a lot of knowledge transfer happening now with all of the new growth. We need a better onboarding process with more education and guidance. We expect new hire to ramp unrealistically and it impacts key contributors as they help new people catch up.
