I think Nav has hit a good stride of estimating the work coming in and prioritizing it well. It can "always" be better but i'm happy that i never feel like i have to work overtime to get something done to meet a last minute deadline

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not scared to offer alternative solutions and people are willing to say no we won't burn our people out to make your arbitrary timeline. Please continue with the thought that lack of planning on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on mine.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My bar is: am i dreading going to work today. Here at Nav i'm not "excited" to go to work but i'm happy enough with what I do that I want to stay and grow with the company. I don't think many people are excited we should be looking more at, are they content?
