Overall experience at Nav has been extremely positive. Nav is not perfect but being able to work with individuals that care about you, care about the success of the organization, and believe in the mission of the company always makes work easier when things get difficult.

Projected getting completed ahead of schedule or demonstrating results better than anticipated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued but I do believe many employees could be paid more elsewhere. Nav should continue to reinvest in current employees to help with retention.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team leans in and all are personally engaged and invested as an overall group even more so than I have seen at any other time during my tenure at Nav.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The quality of the group of people we get to work with was demonstrated really well during the IRL event. I consider it a privilege to work with the caliber of people we have at Nav.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that they come to work every day ready to learn, grow, and improve. Everyone believes in Nav's mission. We continue to hire strong team members and level up as well.
