Early on it was like drinking from a firehose; there is a lot going on and a challenging pace. I've learned new skills and enjoyed my team. I've been struggling to get our data organized to facilitate insights. We have great potential as a company, but I'm worried about the looming recession.

Mission focus and alignment is great. Employee appreciation is top notch.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering great/clever content to my customers and when I succeed in making helpful changes to the data warehouse.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is dedicated and professional. Nobody is bringing any ego baggage and willing to admit and ask if they don't know something, or answer when they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have the best personal touch I've ever seen in a leadership team. I have never felt anything other than appreciated by them. They clearly have a strong vision and they are unified in pursuing it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like everything about it, except that the health plan cost is dependent upon covid vaccination. I don't like it when insurance coverage depends upon specific procedures or illnesses; to even select a plan you have to disclose personal medical information. It defeats the whole point of a group plan
