My team is highly diverse in their backgrounds and opinions. It's a breath of fresh air to bounce ideas off them and learn from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a woman run company and the leadership lives and breathes the purpose to cultivate a kinder world where everyone has a neighborhood they can rely on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is completely transparent and doesn't operate in a hierarchical fashion. Everyone's opinions and ideas are treated as equal which created a really collaborative environment from the top down.
What makes you most happy at work?
An environment where I am recognized for great work, receive constructive feedback on the work I do need to improve upon and enjoy coming to do the job every day without fear of being judged or extreme pressure.
