I have only been with Nextdoor for a few months but so far I have nothing but great things to say about my team, leadership, and the organization. I truly feel that majority of the people hired align with the purpose and mission, this is evident during our company wide meetings!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate the company wide shut down for the December holidays. I think it takes a lot of pressure off of holiday planning/travel.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how transparent our Leaders are in the capacity that they can share and how invested they are in our success both individually and as a company!
