They're thoughtful, engaging, honest, sometimes brutally so, and they're fun to hang out with outside of the office as well.

What makes you most happy at work?

The space, the nearby amenities, the opportunity to interact with my coworkers in real life (and not on a goddamn screen).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Inflation is rampant, I know times are lean, but comp adjustments in the last cycle were a little too lean for my liking.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're investing in the right things, content moderation, trust & safety efforts, working to ensure the platform is a safe place for all neighbors.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People genuinely like interacting with one another, everyone is bought into the broader culture and mission around what we're trying to build and accomplish together.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They've got experience and they have a willingness to change course and direction in the face of substantive feedback and data indicating they're making a mistake.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're thoughtful, kind, we have each others back, we're all rowing in the same direction and we're working towards building a stronger and more durable company and business.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In general, I'm of the impression that I'm underpaid relative to similar roles in other public companies. There's also some benefits that are fairly inflexible and should have more flexibility for how the employee should utilize them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There's a genuine desire to do the right thing. People aren't bogged down in appearances or "faking it" to get ahead. People put in the work and everyone feels heard, even if they don't get their way.
