Nextdoor pays a lower salary than other companies of the same size in similar areas. I would love to see Nextdoor be more competitive with compensation

Autonomy and ownership over my work. the trust of my peers and superiors, the pride I take in my work, the ability to be creative and innovative and solve tough problems
