There is a palatable drive and interest in having a 'good' culture
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are very focused on their personal visibility; my colleagues don't often help with my initiatives as they are considered low visibility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While I am focused on solutions and approaching my work in efficient ways, there are a lack of resources that make storytelling difficult.
