I enjoy exploring new ideas and figuring out how to bring them to life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're transparent, engaged, and fun. The shared board docs and leads meeting notes are great. It's rare that the whole exec team participates in weekly all-hands, and I appreciate that a lot. And, they have a sense of humor and can have fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Among colleagues, there is a consensus that ND pays employees less than comparable companies. Folks that have left have mentioned a significant pay raise in new roles, citing that being a reason for leaving. ND can be more transparent about comp bands and how we compare to the industry.
