The people on my team and the values are what keep me here. Across the board, teams are under resourced for the number and scale of projects we are expected to take on in order to hit OKRs. There is a serious lack of work life balance here.

They're smart creative and dedicated to not only the business but making our team time fun and engaging
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is pressure from all levels above to be on at all hours of the day and on weekends. There's a lot of pivoting and triage that that happens that creates a really reactive anxious environment.
