I've been able to learn an entirely new industry, which has been very rewarding. I've also been fortunate enough to work with a bunch of different teams. However, there has been a lot of turnover on the leadership teams and subordinate teams. I think this has been difficult to navigate.

We plug a lot of holes and are basically a catch-all solution for a lot of problems.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning a new skill or expanding my general knowledge in some area. I also like doing meaningful work that has an impact on the team.
