What makes me most happy at work is being part of a company trying to do good in the world
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People need to focus on one goal and work to achieve it. We are working on too many things at once and nothing gets completed because of it. Too many people are often involved which causes things to take longer due to all the opinions.
