Very comfortable working together - Co-Equal mentality and trust in each other. Feel very close to team after WFH this long :-)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication, Vertical Realignment and establishing sales methodology, forecasting and support to reach aggressive sales targets focussed on growth in both current books and new accounts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Selling and deal making. The ability to have input in campaign design and strategy at both customer and internal levels. Big ideas are possible and I'm supported in selling them and getting the most revenue as possible to help build the company.
