And open culture. Free to be myself.
Solving problems and working with a great group.
The team members I interact with on a regular basis are fantastic. It's the best part of the job, besides the great clients I work with.
I'm actively searching for a new job and know that I'm not paid fairly against the market. It also doesn't help that to be on Nordic's family health insurance I would need to pay around $1700-$1800/month -- ridiculous! That amounts to a $22k+ pay cut per year just for health insurance.
Bruce was a great leader and seemed to care about the employees at Nordic. Jim seems to care about bringing on more EY execs to our leadership team and seems to care about profits over our people. Jim seems clueless about how to message acquiring other businesses when team members saw paycuts.
