Incredible coworkers, truly some of the most encouraging and positive people I've ever worked with, even when things have been hard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Maintaining some of what made Nordic great to begin with. Executive seems to be more focused on growing the company and not enough about retaining the people that make it great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits have been a problem for years and we have lost quality current and prospective employees as a result. When is executive leadership planning to finally address this once and for all? And don't say it's being reviewed, that's been the excuse for years. Finally do something about it.
