When I have a task to just sit and do; to solve problems. Also, getting to connect with coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Workday application. Being able to quickly and easily adjust where my paychecks are going is highly convenient with my regular adjustment of my budget.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all live far enough away from Madison that they CAN'T go into the office, so we have remote work in common, and I don't feel left out. Also, they're a bunch of geeks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
COVID policy. Vaccinated people are carriers of Delta just as bad as the unvaccinated. The only real difference at this point is how sick they get. So requiring vaccination isn't helpful. Also, you can't run a company on 11 maxims. That's too many things to "focus" on. And some contradict others.
