I am a contractor-my project is challenging yet exciting. Very poor experience with my Nordic manager. Lack of response to emails. Told that I had to provide my own laptop and spent 1K on a new laptop only to learn my client provided. Onboarding process poor. No holiday pay or paid vacation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work colleagues are supportive and helpful with navigating the nordic website as a consultant
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team are all extremely knowledgeable and vested in the growth of the organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nordic bills 150-185/hr for my consulting services. I am paid less than half. Nordic used to take 1/3 of the pay - that is no longer the case.
