My direct manager has been great. They're very responsive.

For Nordic - the willingness to give positive feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I took a lower paying contract. I will build up to better pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers from my contract are great and always willing to treat me as part of the team, but I don't really know my nordic coworkers.
