I am happy that I get to be at home while doing a job that makes me feel like I am making a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It has made clear what my goals are and I feel like I am being setup for success. As a new hire, I feel like my best interest is always at heart.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest, it is not as good as the benefits from the employer that I came from, which is probably the biggest down fall that I have noticed during my transition
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the true feeling that family and work/life balance is a priority here, which makes me as a working mom have much less anxiety when it comes to trying to juggle all of the things.
