The thing I point out when recruiting others to work here is that work/life balance really is a priority here. Leadership cares about us and wants staff to succeed. The only downside I point out to people is the cost of medical insurance. I hope the cost goes down soon!

Getting to work on build I haven't worked on before. Knowing that others are here to help if I need them. I never feel lost!

Everyone is so nice. I think it's because no one is stressed and overwhelmed. Leadership works hard to make sure we are taken care of and we aren't overwhelmed.
