I appreciate the transparency of the leadership team. They are honest about what is going well and where improvement is needed. There are frequent updates around the organization's goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It doesn't feel bureaucratic and, instead, feels like a matrix of smart people working together to accomplish a goal. The small gift for the summer of the picnic blanket and portable charger was unexpected but very meaningful in showing appreciation.
