The onboarding experience was a bit chaotic. After the initial offer/acceptance and welcome letter from my Nordic Manager, I began receiving an email blast from so many different folks with some of the same information. I feel the onboarding process could be better streamlined.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
team connection - everyone is willing to jump and help one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish the company had a 401k match for employees who contribute to retirement.
What makes you most happy at work?
working with IT customers to solve issues related to patient safety, regulatory, workflows, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Yale Pharmacy Apps and Orders Team welcomed me with open arms. I have bonded nicely with the group and especially the handful of folks I work with on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel autonomous in my role and know that my manager is just an email or phone away when needed. I like that I am not micro-managed and have resources needed to be successful.
