My manager is my advocate, providing me with autonomy to make sure I'm working at the top of my role, while also supporting my personal and professional growth goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving results with people I enjoy being around... and the goofiness that comes about when working in teams. (e.g. traveling team trophies, Halloween festivities, capturing screenshots of frozen web meetings, etc.)

One of our maxims is to "Be You," and I see that in each of my co-workers. We are encouraged to bring our whole selves to work, and we cheer each other on in pursuits outside of the workplace.

We are all in the healthcare industry to make a difference. It's awesome to be surrounded by so many smart and driven people. Guided by our Nordic Maxims, our culture of collaboration is to Assume the Best Intentions and Do What's Right, which has provided a solid foundation even in conflict.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even as Nordic's grown and evolved as a company, those I work with still make it feel authentic and not "corporate" - more like a family of individuals all working toward a greater goal. Even though we're growing globally, I focus on those around me and my personal behaviors to demonstrate culture.
