It may sound corny, but there's no individual on our team. We act cohesively as a unit -- everyone is willing to help out to get the job done. We truly care about eachother as people too, not just coworkers.

We're started to make a concerted effort to focus on diversity & inclusion, which is something that's extremely important to our culture and the success of our company. We have work to do here, but it's very positive that the leadership team is vested in this initiative.
