I've been with Nordic for 3 years and it's gone by really fast. The work is meaningful and challenging and the people are great to work with. There is a lot of diversification and growth which makes me feel like there are ways to grow my career and opportunities in my current role to take on more.

They are real people, who act with integrity; they follow through when they make plans; they are transparent

They are engaged, love challenges, and work quickly; they are smart and compassionate; they value our employees as people and not numbers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
flexible work schedule and responsible time off policy; I do receive health benefits through my husband's employer, so can't really speak to those :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nordic responds well to change- in healthcare IT that's essential, but especially in our current environment, change in culture is just as essential and necessary. Nordic is taking steps in the right direction to build a better support system for our team members with diverse backgrounds.
