COMMUNICATION!!!! I like that we are spoken to openly and honestly about the state of the company, the market and the world

The work we do. We, as a team, produced a great product. I like that we satisfy our customers with our good service
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are empowering and inclusive. I have learned so much about diversity and empowering those that are systemically held back including myself as a woman. I love this most of all. We want to empower all. That's amazing
What are some of the best things about your team?
SMART PEOPLE! Nordic hires smart, hard-working people. If I need people to get the job done, I know they will and they will do it right. I trust the people I work with. There is also a great atmosphere here. People support one another and put people above profit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the compensation is lower that what I am seeing for the same role at other companies. However, money is not everything. I stay because of the way I am treated as an employee. I would love to make more of course but I'd rather not hate my job. I don't hate my job here
